The Aira system is owned and maintained by FCG Finnish Consulting Group Ltd. Software that works in it includes the RAFAELA®-, RAVATAR-, TUVATAR- and RehabFIM-, ITE-, and Kompassi- applications
These terms of use apply to the use of the AIRA Customer-oriented information system. Using the service means acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Using the application requires that you agree to comply with the applicable content of the valid Personal Data Act and data protection legislation. Legislation on the processing and protection of personal data means the legislation on the processing and protection of personal data applicable in Finland, such as the Finnish Data Protection legislation (1050/2018) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 together with case law and decisions and instructions of the Data Protection Ombudsman responsible for supervision of the data protection.
Personal data stored in the application may not be disclosed or used in violation of the Personal Data Act, and patients who are clients have the right to verify information concerning them.
Personal user IDs
User IDs delivered for using the system are personal, and they may not be disclosed or revealed to third parties. Users are responsible for all use of the AIRA Customer oriented information system with their user IDs.
Intellectual property rights, and restrictions on use
Intellectual property rights to the RAFAELA® Nursing Intensity and Staffing System and the RAVA® Functional Ability Test are owned by the Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities. Intellectual property rights to the TUVA® Functional Ability Test, ITE- and Kompassi applications and the AIRA portal are owned by FCG Finnish Consulting Group Ltd. The FIM® indicator is managed by FCG Finnish Consulting Group Ltd. in Finland. Users are not entitled to change, modify, delete, copy, publish, make available to the public or assign any objects of intellectual property rights.
Right to make changes
FCG Finnish Consulting Group Ltd. reserves the right to change the AIRA Customer oriented information system without any specific notification.
Availability of the application, and warranty
Using the application requires a compatible device and a functioning Internet connection. The user organisation is solely liable for all costs arising from use of the AIRA Customer oriented information system, including costs incurred from use of the organisation’s Internet connection or technical devices. The user organisation is responsible for the acquisition and updates of the equipment or devices required for using and updating the application.
